To celebrate the New Year, we thought we’d share some of our favorite new TV commercials, which of course poke fun at embarrassingly bad customer service.  You think companies are starting to get a clue that great customer service is no longer just a “nice to have”…?

    Great commercials. It’s too bad that customer service has come to this. It’s too easy to find bad service, and too hard to find great customer service.

    Hopefully this year see a shift in the trend. The really successful companies are those who are innovative and provide excellent service.

    I love love to see any of my 12 upcoming trends to really become mainstream in customer service.
